Support Levels
- Full - Helpdesk will install, trouble-shoot, and try to answer all questions (in some cases with support coming from Tier 2). One-on-one training is available for all Forestry Computing clients except undergrads.
- Limited - Helpdesk will install, trouble-shoot, and answer basic questions.
- Install - Helpdesk will install the application and see that the program starts up properly. How-to support and troubleshooting support beyond launching the application is not provided by Helpdesk.
How to find version information
The software version for most programs can be found on the Help menu, click Help | About Program Name.
Forestry Student Computing Lab Software
- Software commonly installed in all CoF student computer labs and classrooms.
- Citrix Apps: available on apps.oregonstate.edu (login required)

If you need access to a specific application remotely for up to two weeks, remote desktops can be reserved. More information about remote desktops.
