
NVivo is a qualitative data analysis (QDA) computer software package produced by QSR International. It has been designed for qualitative researchers working with very rich text-based and/or multimedia information, where deep levels of analysis on small or large volumes of data are required.
OSU maintains a pool of 30 concurrent use licenses for use in labs and Citrix. Individual licenses will need to be purchased from the OnTheHub eStore or directly from QSR (if transcription, collaboration cloud, or the latest version of NVivo, you will need to purchase direct from QSR).

CoF TCF funds pay for the annual renewal of 2 licenses for use by graduate students in the graduate student computer labs.
After purchase of the license, follow the instructions for downloading the current version from QSR . License key will be sent to user.
After installation be sure to activate the software. See QSR activation instructions Before moving NVivo to a new computer, you must deactivate the license from the old computer.
