General:
Users are asked to print 2-sided but it is not required.
Printing inappropriate material, as outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy, is strictly prohibited
Mass production (over 1000 pages) of club flyers, newsletters, posters, is strictly prohibited.
Black and White Printers:
Transparencies: Overhead transparency sheets may be used in the Forestry black and white printers. The user must, however, provide the packaging to prove that their transparencies are compatible with our printers: HP LaserJet 9050 or 4350. Contact the Forestry Helpdesk to get your transparencies approved.
Special Paper: Users may provide their own special paper, but it must be approved by the Forestry Helpdesk before printing on it.
Color Printers:
Print Jobs that have been paused or spooling in the color queue longer than 10 minutes will be removed from the queue.
Transparencies: Only those approved by the Forestry Helpdesk will be allowed on the color printer (HP LaserJet 5550).
Special Paper: Users may provide their own special paper, but it must be approved by the Forestry Helpdesk before printing on it.
