For web conferencing, several programs are available. For audio conferencing, we are using iLinc.

The Forestry Computing Helpdesk is happy to assist with your audio or video conference.

Whenever possible, please aim to:

• Contact us 48 hours before your event
• Schedule a separate test day with us

The advance notice and test day will allow us to check equipment and provide a better outcome for you and your participants.

 Available Conferencing Equipment

Webcams and portable microphones are available for checkout to Forestry users. For more information regarding general equipment checkouts, click here.
