New Service Portal

We are happy to announce that we are now live with our new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our customers.  

Within the service portal, mysupport.oregonstate.edu, there are two forms replacing our Forestry request account and close account forms. Please use these new forms moving forward. The new portal does require an ONID account to create the request. If you are unable to login, please feel free to contact the Helpdesk via email at forestry.helpdesk@oregonstate.edu.
