Notify computer support of your needs with eight weeks lead time
8 to 4 weeks before needed -- computer support install and test
4 weeks before needed -- computer support works with instructor to test more completely
1 week before needed -- instructor again thoroughly tests that the software is working as needed for the course
Disk Space for Class Files
All student accounts (graduate and undergraduate) will have a mapping to drive T:\Teach\Classes
Instructors will be given modify rights to a subdirectory/folder in T:\Teach\Classes for their class files
Student Disk Space and Class Mailing Lists
All ONID users have a personal network drive. It shows up on the lab computers as a Z: drive.
- Instructors can email their class using Canvas.

Lab Machine Guidelines
The labs are reserved through your departmental contact person.
Remove any software installed locally on the individual machines.
Remove desktop shortcuts, files, folders.
Report any computer difficulties to the Helpdesk so they have time to resolve them before the next class session.
